Myriad adopted Chainlink as the exclusive oracle infrastructure for its 2026 FIFA World Cup prediction markets, automating the resolution and settlement of those markets in near real time. The integration deepens the platform’s existing use of the Chainlink Runtime Environment, or CRE, which currently powers its cryptocurrency price markets.
According to Ilan Hazan, co-founder and COO of Myriad, the World Cup is the ideal stage to showcase what the platform can deliver. Hazan noted that users “want reliable results the moment the final whistle blows” and that the Chainlink integration will help convert new users into recurring ones throughout the event.

William Reilly, Head of Strategic Initiatives at Chainlink Labs, highlighted that the tamper-proof auditability of blockchain-based oracles will help Myriad reduce disputes in market resolution.
The platform also launched a $100,000 trading competition tied to World Cup markets, offering tiered prizes for top traders and a weekly $5,000 pool in volume rewards. All of this follows the closing of a seed round described as a milestone, with participation from MoonPay Ventures, Auros, EVG, Verda Ventures, Fundstrat co-founder Tom Lee, ConsenSys and HashKey Capital.
