TL;DR
- Tools for Humanity has implemented Priority Blockspace for Humans (PBH) on World Chain’s Sepolia testnet to prioritize user transactions over bots.
- PBH prioritizes World ID holders and, in the future, AI agents, reducing costs and preventing manipulation in transaction ordering.
- A test event from February 28 to March 7 will assess PBH before its integration into World Chain’s mainnet.
Tools for Humanity has implemented Priority Blockspace for Humans (PBH) on World Chain’s Sepolia testnet. This initiative aims to improve the user experience by prioritizing their transactions over those of bots and high-frequency traders.
The congestion caused by these automated systems has led to high costs and unpredictable execution times across various blockchains. PBH introduces a mechanism that orders transactions more equitably, ensuring more efficient access to network resources.

Priority for Verified Users and AI Agents
The system grants priority to World ID holders when including their transactions in a block. In the future, this advantage will be extended to artificial intelligence agents acting on behalf of users. This structure prevents participants from having to overpay gas fees to ensure their transactions go through. Additionally, it reduces manipulation in transaction ordering, a common practice among bots and high-frequency traders seeking to maximize their benefits at the expense of other users.

The development of PBH has involved collaboration with Flashbots, Optimism, and Paradigm/Ithaca. Flashbots has integrated its Rollup-Boost system to improve block construction efficiency and optimize transaction inclusion in rollups. Furthermore, PBH could facilitate the implementation of a fee model inspired by EIP-1559, allowing users to better predict costs and enhance network accessibility.
Testing Event Before Reaching the World Chain
To evaluate its functionality before deployment on the mainnet, Tools for Humanity has organized a test event that will take place from February 28 to March 7, 2025. During this period, participants will interact with the system through two activities. In the first challenge, players will compete to execute a specific function before others within each block. In the second, security specialists will analyze the protocol for vulnerabilities or unexpected behaviors.

The results of these tests will help refine PBH before its final integration into World Chain. The developer and researcher community is invited to participate in this process and contribute to the system’s evolution
