TL;DR:
- COTI added Whisper, a confidential prediction market, as a new grant recipient within its privacy ecosystem.
- Whisper emerged from the COTI Vibe Coding Challenge, where it placed second and received a 25,000-token prize for its proposal.
- The platform encrypts users’ on-chain positions using Garbled Circuits and operates with pUSDC as its betting currency.
Whisper, a prediction market built natively on the COTI network, was officially added to the ecosystem as the project’s latest grant recipient.
The platform allows users to bet on the outcome of real-world events —across categories such as cryptocurrencies, sports, politics and culture— without exposing the size of their positions. All information is kept encrypted on-chain through Garbled Circuits, COTI’s programmable privacy technology, and bets are placed using pUSDC.

The project combines a Polymarket-style betting mechanism with a TikTok-inspired swipe interface, available on both web and mobile. The proposal aims to demonstrate that on-chain privacy and a seamless user experience are not mutually exclusive goals.
Whisper: From the Vibe Coding Challenge to the Official Ecosystem
Whisper’s origins trace back to the COTI Vibe Coding Challenge, a program designed to invite anyone to build natively private applications on COTI using artificial intelligence tools, with no traditional programming experience required. The challenge had a clear objective: taking an idea from scratch to a fully launched Web3 project.
Whisper finished in second place in the competition and received a prize of 25,000 COTI tokens. Following that result, the team was selected as an ecosystem grant recipient, marking the leap from experimental prototype to official network partner. According to COTI’s publication, this trajectory is exactly the kind of path the Stay COTI movement seeks to bring to life: supporting developers from the conception of an idea all the way through to production.
What Comes Next?
Whisper’s development will continue under its founder, Eden. The plan is to launch the application into full production on the COTI network. The beta version is already available for testing. COTI, for its part, keeps its call open for new developers through stay.coti.io, where it offers tools, events and upcoming challenges focused on projects with privacy as their central axis.
