Santiment identified a 124% increase in Solana network growth since early September, with approximately 1.71 million new wallets per day. The firm believes this expansion could support SOL’s valuation over the long term.

Daily active addresses also increased by 58%, reaching approximately 4.27 million. According to Santiment, networks that attract more users and expand their utility have historically been better positioned to support higher market capitalizations.

However, activity in U.S. spot Solana ETFs tells a different story. After attracting $188.2 million during the week ending September 25, inflows dropped to $2.4 million the following week.

The funds subsequently recorded $17.7 million in outflows over three consecutive sessions, between October 5 and 7.

SOL is currently trading around $116.42, down 1.64% over the past 24 hours.

Uncertainty surrounding U.S. interest rates is also weighing on the market. Federal Reserve meeting minutes indicated that most officials considered another rate hike appropriate before the end of the year.
