Orbs launched Institutional, an on-chain execution infrastructure version designed specifically for trading desks, OTC desks, treasuries, custodians and institutional platforms. The initiative reuses the same stack that already processes operations across more than 30 integrations on over 10 networks, recording a cumulative spot volume of $2.5 billion since 2023.
The core of the offering is Liquidity Hub, an aggregation layer that combines leading DEXs with professional market makers through a private request-for-quote system. Each order is bounded by a co-signed price oracle, which eliminates mempool exposure and sandwich attacks.
The fee structure starts at 3 basis points and can scale down to 0.5 bps based on volume, well below the 25 to 50 bps charged by comparable solutions. Also included are dTWAP for splitting large orders over time, dLIMIT for execution conditional on a target price, and dSLTP for automating stop-loss and take-profit orders without human intervention.
Assets never leave the client’s wallet. Orders are signed from any solution compatible with EIP-712 and settle to the originating address — there is no custody transfer or counterparty exposure. Each transaction generates a deterministic on-chain record with execution data, slippage and routing information.
Orbs Institutional also provides a channel for infrastructure partners — custodians, wallets, MPC providers and prime brokers — who can integrate the stack under a white-label arrangement and receive a share of the revenue generated by their clients’ flow.
