The position swap is the result of a 3.7% gain in the last 24 hours for XLM, extending to nearly 14% on a weekly basis and 23% over the past month. XLM recorded a trading volume of approximately $520 million in the last session, representing a 69% increase compared to the previous one.
The Stellar (XLM) rally began on September 16 from a low of $0.172, coinciding with a broad market rebound and the mainnet launch of the Adapter upgrade —Protocol 28.
The update introduced faster consensus under load, atomic contract updates, and safer data migration. In terms of performance, block closing time dropped from 5.7 to 5 seconds, throughput grew between 10% and 15%, and a peak of 216.1 TPS was recorded across 100 consecutive blocks.
Bitcoin Cash, meanwhile, halted its climb following CME Group’s announcement of BCH futures launching on October 19, which had pushed the token from $213 to $365 between September 16 and 23. Currently, BCH was retreating to $331.
