Activity surrounding Ripple USD (RLUSD) intensified over the past 24 hours after Ripple removed tens of millions of tokens from circulation through a series of burn transactions. Data shared by the Ripple Stablecoin Tracker indicates that a total of 51 million RLUSD were burned across multiple transactions, signaling active supply adjustments as the stablecoin continues to expand across blockchain networks.

The latest update shows that 25 million RLUSD were burned at the RLUSD Treasury, with the transaction executed on the Ethereum network. The transaction was confirmed through an Ethereum transaction hash, indicating that the token supply reduction occurred directly on Ethereum. The burn followed shortly after a minting event in which 6,060,694 RLUSD were issued on Ethereum, reflecting a pattern of rapid supply changes within the ecosystem.

Additional burn transactions were recorded during the same 24-hour window. Two separate operations removed 8 million RLUSD and 3 million RLUSD from the Ethereum supply, while another transaction burned 15 million RLUSD on the XRP Ledger. These three transactions together accounted for 26 million RLUSD removed from circulation, before the later burn brought the total reduction to 51 million RLUSD within a single day.

The burn activity occurred alongside new issuance events. During the same period, 29 million RLUSD and 14.99 million RLUSD were minted at the RLUSD Treasury, both entering circulation on Ethereum. The simultaneous minting and burning of RLUSD reflects ongoing treasury operations used to manage stablecoin supply across different blockchain networks.

Ripple Stablecoin Tracker data indicates that RLUSD activity has accelerated throughout March, with repeated mint and burn operations recorded across both Ethereum and the XRP Ledger. On March 11, the tracker reported 25 million RLUSD burned on the XRP Ledger through two separate transactions totaling 15 million and 10 million tokens, while 999,965 RLUSD were burned on Ethereum on the same day.

Earlier in the month, 7,000,965 RLUSD were minted on Ethereum on March 9, and several other days have also recorded supply adjustments. The ongoing sequence of minting and burning events suggests active liquidity management as RLUSD distribution expands across blockchain networks.
