TL;DR
- Strive recorded $509 million in net income during Q3 2026, largely driven by $533.7 million in unrealized gains from its Bitcoin investments.
- The company increased its treasury to 43,124 BTC by November 2, with holdings valued at more than $3.25 billion.
- A $630 million preferred stock offering provided additional capital for Bitcoin acquisitions, reinforcing Strive’s long-term digital asset strategy.
Strive Inc. (NASDAQ: ASST) reported $509 million in net income for the third quarter of 2026, reflecting the growing influence of Bitcoin on its corporate balance sheet. The digital asset treasury company continued expanding its exposure to BTC, turning cryptocurrency appreciation into the primary driver of its financial performance.
The results also reveal how publicly traded companies are increasingly exploring Bitcoin as a strategic reserve asset. With more than 43,000 BTC under management, Strive is strengthening its position among corporate holders while pursuing additional financing to support further accumulation.
Strive’s Bitcoin Holdings Drive Quarterly Profitability
According to its latest financial results, Strive generated $533.7 million in unrealized gains from digital assets during Q3. This figure accounted for most of its reported $509 million net profit, while revenue from operating activities reached $2.7 million.
The company also reported $38.7 million in operating expenses, illustrating the importance of its Bitcoin treasury strategy to its overall financial results.
By September 30, Strive held 27,876 BTC, valued at approximately $2.34 billion. Its accumulation strategy continued after the reporting period, with purchases adding thousands of additional coins throughout October.
The company reported a quarterly BTC Yield of 18.5% and a year-to-date figure of 63.2%. This internal metric measures the growth of Bitcoin holdings relative to an assumed diluted share count. It does not represent a direct cash return or dividend for shareholders.
Bitcoin Holdings Expand Through Aggressive Acquisitions
Strive accelerated its purchases during October, acquiring 15,124 BTC between October 1 and October 30. One of its largest transactions involved purchasing 6,182 BTC for approximately $511.4 million.
The company subsequently added another 124 BTC for roughly $10 million, bringing its total holdings to 43,124 BTC as of November 2. At the reported valuation, its Bitcoin treasury exceeded $3.25 billion.
This accumulation places Strive among the significant publicly traded companies adopting Bitcoin as a core treasury asset. Its approach reflects a broader corporate strategy that treats BTC as a long-term financial reserve rather than simply a short-term trading opportunity.

Preferred Stock Financing Supports Strive’s Expansion
Capital markets have played an important role in financing this strategy. On October 20, Strive completed a $630 million preferred stock offering, generating approximately $609 million in net proceeds. The SATS securities carry a 15% annual dividend rate.
This structure provides fresh capital without relying exclusively on conventional debt, although it creates recurring dividend obligations that remain relevant during periods of Bitcoin market weakness.
Strive is also evaluating opportunities in banking, brokerage services, decentralized finance and tokenization, potentially broadening its business beyond cryptocurrency accumulation.
Strive’s latest results illustrate the financial potential of a Bitcoin-centered corporate treasury strategy. However, its profitability remains closely linked to BTC market valuations, making risk management and financing discipline essential as the company continues expanding its digital asset reserves.
