Grayscale Launches Sui Staking ETF on NYSE Arca

Grayscale launched its Sui Staking ETF, which begins trading today on NYSE Arca under the ticker GSUI. The vehicle became auto-effective following the 8-A filing with the SEC and approval from NYSE Arca through a CERT filing.

The ETF will charge a 0.35% annual management fee, waived for the first three months or until assets under management reach $1 billion. It will provide regulated exposure to the SUI token and generate staking rewards for investors.

Jane Street Capital and Virtu Americas will act as authorized participants. JSCT, Virtu Financial Singapore, Galaxy Digital Trading Cayman, and Flowdesk will provide liquidity. Bank of New York Mellon will serve as the transfer agent and administrator of the ETF. Coinbase will be the prime broker, and Coinbase Custody Trust Company will act as custodian.

SUI is trading at $0.968, down 0.88% over the last day. Futures open interest reached $509.07 million, with 4-hour variations of -0.35% overall and increases on Binance (+0.22%), OKX (+0.62%), and Bybit (+0.35%.
