Nadex, the regulated derivatives exchange of Crypto.com in the United States, filed its registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission to operate single-stock futures products through OG.com. The filing was submitted on September 14 and acknowledged by the regulator two days later, taking immediate effect.
Crypto.com CEO Kris Marszalek confirmed that the company is also working with the SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to launch perpetual futures on individual stocks in the U.S. market.
“They will combine the innovations of digital asset markets with U.S. capital markets,” Marszalek wrote on X. Perpetual contracts have no fixed expiration date, unlike conventional futures.
Nadex operates under OG.com and is registered with the CFTC as a designated contract market and derivatives clearing organization.
During this same period, Robinhood signed an agreement with Crypto.com and OG.com to route event contracts through that platform, starting with American football markets, and agreed to take equity stakes in both companies after OG.com spins off as an independent platform.
