Crypto.com Will Integrate Its Liquidity With OG.com’s Regulated Markets
River Markets, a San Francisco-based institutional prime brokerage, provides tools for trade execution, risk management, and portfolio tracking.
Its order-routing technology has processed more than 150 million contracts and allows traders to operate across different prediction market platforms without developing separate systems.
Meanwhile, OG.com offers event contracts supervised by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
Its infrastructure includes a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), which support trading in fully collateralized contracts.
OG.com was originally established by Crypto.com but announced its spin-off as an independent platform in September 2026.

Steve Humenik, Chief Legal Officer of OG.com and Chairman of OG.com Markets, emphasized that the integration will allow portfolio managers to trade and hedge macroeconomic risks through regulated contracts.
Oscar Levy, co-founder and CEO of River Markets, said the company aims to bring trade execution, risk management, and order routing together on a single platform.
