14 years in, and the ripple:native community continues to be unstoppable.

The fund manager formalized the milestone through a post on X. According to Bitwise’s corporate statement, the fund’s structure has helped channel demand from traditional investors seeking direct exposure to the digital asset without taking on direct self-custody.
The sustained increase in net capital inflows occurred against the backdrop of a price contraction for the cryptocurrency. Market data shows that XRP’s price fell 66% compared to levels recorded at the beginning of the year.
Periodic share subscriptions managed to cushion the depreciation in the underlying asset’s value. According to specialized media reports, institutional inflows accelerated notably after the token reached its local low in mid-August.
The financial institution currently holds approximately 364.8 million XRP units in reserves tied to this investment vehicle.

Competition and XRP Investment Fund Dynamics
The institutional XRP vehicle segment reflects a total accumulated capital of $1.53 billion distributed across several authorized issuers.
The XRPZ product, managed by Franklin Templeton, brought in $28.7 million during the week between August 24 and August 28. Market analysts note that this inflow rate positions the asset manager as Bitwise’s primary direct competitor in terms of recent financial momentum.
Meanwhile, the XRPC fund structured by Canary Capital maintains a significant share of the sector’s total volume. Data from ETF tracking platforms indicates that Canary initially led market share in early 2026, while the latest metrics assign Bitwise the lead in physical token holdings and overall valuation.
Other available options in the stock market maintain a smaller operational scale. Grayscale’s GXRP product and the TOXR instrument managed by 21Shares post lower daily volumes compared to the leading funds.
Issuing firms operate under segregated custody agreements and report the composition of their audited portfolios daily. According to ETF analysts, the divergence between cumulative volume in ETFs and the asset’s spot price is driven by long-term accumulation strategies from institutional investors, who execute staggered purchases without liquidating positions during bearish volatility.
The XRP spot and derivatives ecosystem is preparing for the release of third-quarter financial reports, when asset managers will update their regulatory filings on holdings and net flows with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
