Avail Nexus expanded its execution capacity to support cross-chain transactions of up to $10 million per transfer, through an integration with Mayan, a cross-chain swap protocol optimized for speed, competitive pricing, and low slippage tolerance. The update extends to Avail’s entire product suite, including the Nexus SDK, the Deposit Widget, the FastBridge Widget, and any application integrated with the Nexus infrastructure.
The routing mechanism operates automatically. For standard transactions, execution remains handled by the Nexus solver network. For higher-volume transfers, the system accesses the liquidity provided by Mayan without requiring users to interact with multiple protocols or manage liquidity sources separately. The entire process takes place in a single transaction and within seconds.
Anurag Arjun, co-founder of Avail, noted that expanding access to deeper liquidity is a natural step in the evolution of Nexus, whose design has always aimed to abstract the complexity of cross-chain interactions for both users and developers. For the latter, the update requires no changes to existing integrations: applications built on Nexus will automatically benefit from the new execution capabilities.
