BNB is trading above $788, after briefly surpassing the $800 mark during the current session before pulling back around 2% in the past few hours.

Over the past week, BNB has accumulated a gain of around 10%, driven mainly by a broad-based crypto market rebound that also pushed Bitcoin up more than 6% in 24 hours, while XRP, Solana and Ethereum are also trading higher.

The decline in U.S. Treasury yields, the pullback in oil prices and an improvement in risk appetite drove investors toward higher-volatility assets, including the market’s leading tokens.

Adding to that was a massive liquidation of short positions exceeding $1 billion in the past day, with roughly $844 million corresponding to forced shorts. The resulting forced buying strengthened the bullish move in BNB and the rest of the major altcoins.

BNB had begun recovering from levels near $704 before the rally, facing resistance in the $780–$800 zone that has now been tested. The $800 area remains the key level to watch: as long as the token fails to consolidate above that threshold, selling pressure in that zone will continue to cap its rally.

Should it continue advancing, the next targets are situated between $820 and $850, with $900 acting as a longer-term reference. A break below support at $750 could pull the price back toward $705.
