A wallet linked to the team behind the Official Trump memecoin transferred 11.01 million SOL valued at $26.65 million, according to onchain analysts.
The operation continues an already documented pattern: since April, this team has sent over $150 million in tokens to exchanges through various mechanisms, including direct transfers, movements to custody at BitGo, and maneuvers in liquidity pools designed to extract value without technically registering as sales.

On September 18, an unlock of 28.7 million TRUMP tokens is scheduled, equivalent to 2.9% of the total supply, as part of a calendar of 34 staggered releases that will extend through December 2027 and contemplates gradually freeing 80% of the supply retained since launch. Large unlocks tend to pressure prices by increasing available supply, and teams with large positions tend to move ahead of that pressure rather than against it.
The TRUMP token is currently trading around $2.41, reflecting a drop of approximately 97% from the high of $73.43 reached in the days following its launch in January 2025. That debut was marked by questions over conflicts of interest related to President Trump and by criticism from senators such as Elizabeth Warren, Adam Schiff, and Richard Blumenthal.
