Scroll has announced its first airdrop, which will distribute 7% of its total SCR token supply to various communities and contributors that have supported the development of the protocol and its ecosystem.
The airdrop aims to recognize and reward individuals and groups that have played a key role in the growth of the protocol, including over 570,000 on-chain participants who will receive a share of the 55 million tokens, representing 5.5% of the total supply. Additionally, tokens will be allocated to more than 100 projects that have been built on the platform.

Who Will Be the Beneficiaries?
The airdrop will benefit four main groups: on-chain participants who contributed actively, ecosystem projects developed on Scroll, technical contributors, and community organizers at a global level.
In the case of the Community Drop, 40 million tokens have been allocated to be distributed proportionally among participants who have accumulated 200 or more “Marks.” To ensure equitable distribution, a “Flat Boost” has also been established to benefit all eligible participants, as well as an “Onchain Bonus” for those who meet specific criteria.

Scroll is also committed to supporting open-source projects and organizations that build public infrastructure. Therefore, tokens have been allocated for ZK researchers and community contributors, as this initiative aims to strengthen the ecosystem by fostering collaboration and innovation.
