The entity clarified that it will never initiate a private conversation with users to request money, banking details, private keys, or seed phrases. Any message of this kind, regardless of who claims to send it, should be considered a fraud attempt. The organization urged users to immediately report any suspicious contact to the official team.
Additionally, they recommended not engaging with the senders of suspicious messages and proceeding directly to block and report the accounts involved, with the aim of limiting the reach of these operations.
The scheme reflects a trend of targeted attacks against users in the crypto industry, where scammers exploit the trust placed in recognized organizations to access funds or sensitive information from their victims.
