The figure is part of its “ETH Standard” strategy, which involves holding 100% of the treasury in Ethereum and maintaining an almost complete staking rate. Since the strategyās formal launch on June 2, 2025, SharpLink has accumulated over 11,600 ETH in rewards, establishing this approach as a yield-generating vehicle surpassing traditional cash reserves.
Staking, Restaking, and Layer-2 Investments
The company is currently the second-largest corporate holder of Ethereum, with more than 865,000 ETH. SharpLink has expanded into restaking and Layer-2 infrastructure, deploying $170 million on the Linea network to capture higher yields. It also receives support from institutional partners such as Anchorage Digital and Figment.
CEO Joseph Chalom emphasized that the treasury actively compounds its holdings, allowing ETH concentration per share to grow even amid market volatility. The company keeps its affiliate marketing business active, though its main focus remains the ETH treasury. Analysts at Cantor Fitzgerald and Bernstein note that SBET provides investors with leveraged exposure to Ethereumās growth while receiving recurring staking dividends, which are currently absent in spot ETH ETFs.
