How Does the New RedStone Program Work?
The program is divided into three levels: Miner, Elite Miner, and Supreme Miner. All community members start in the basic category, with access to open events and community calls. Those who demonstrate a higher level of commitment can apply to become Elite Miners, a category that offers access to work sessions with the RedStone team, specialized workshops, and the possibility of earning $RED tokens based on performance.
Top-performing participants may be promoted to Supreme Miners. In addition to leading groups, they receive monthly compensation in tokens or stablecoins and take part in strategic meetings with core team members, advisors, and investors.
Groups and Work Guidelines
Each participant must join one or two cohorts—theme-based workgroups that organize tasks and set specific goals. The cohorts cover areas such as social media, visual design, technical development, community management, and viral content. Each group has defined performance indicators and designated leaders responsible for maintaining the pace and quality of contributions. Participants who remain inactive are removed from the program.
