Global IT services giant Infosys joins forces with Chainlink to develop and adapt blockchain infrastructure tailored for financial institutions. The Chainlink team confirmed that the integration will encompass its key technology stack, including the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE), the Automated Compliance Engine (ACE), external data feeds, and reserve verification via Proof of Reserve.

This partnership carries institutional weight as Infosys financial platforms power core banking systems serving over 1.7 billion user accounts worldwide. Integrating Chainlink’s decentralized standards paves the way toward the mass adoption of tokenized RWAs, settlement workflows using stablecoins, and secure interoperability between public and private networks under strict financial compliance standards.

To date, the agreement remains an infrastructure-focused technical collaboration, with no specific banking institutions or production rollout timelines formally announced. The crucial next step will be the unveiling of formal pilots and joint commercial deployments alongside custodian banks, asset managers, and global payment rails.
