Hyperwave launched Prime early access, a platform of permissioned vaults that allows fund managers to deploy on-chain yield products with regulatory compliance controls, without the need to write a single line of code.
Prime is designed for family offices, registered funds and institutional allocators that have historically been excluded from the DeFi ecosystem due to the absence of adequate structures. Each vault is configured with risk parameters and a per-allocator mandate, and includes a white-label frontend, real-time performance dashboards and a full access system via API.

“Institutional capital, particularly small and mid-sized funds, has been excluded from on-chain yields because the access structures were not available. Prime changes that“, stated Abishek Y. Kannan, CEO and co-founder of Hyperwave.
The platform offers USD- and HYPE-denominated vaults, built on the same audited, non-custodial architecture that underpins hwHYPE, the company’s flagship vault. The rollout will take place in a phased manner.
