Fireblocks has acquired Dynamic, a developer platform used by companies such as Kraken, Magic Eden, and Ondo Finance, to expand its on-chain infrastructure and offer a full “custody-to-consumer” stack.
The merger will combine Fireblocks’ institutional security and MPC technology, which handles over $4 trillion in transfers annually, with Dynamic’s wallet, authentication, and onboarding tools. This will enable fintechs, payment providers, and Web3 startups to integrate cryptocurrencies and other digital assets into their products—from stablecoin accounts to DeFi trading—without the need to build dedicated infrastructure from scratch.
Dynamic manages over 50 million on-chain accounts and provides integration solutions and passkey-based wallets for developers. Michael Shaulov, CEO of Fireblocks, emphasized that the company will now offer “something the industry has never had: the complete stack for on-chain finance, from custody to consumer.”
