Financial technology and service provider Itiviti has partnered with Winklevoss Twins-founded custodian Gemini to offer its NYFIX order routing network services to Gemini users.
Itiviti made the announcement in press release published on Thursday, March 19. According to the announcement, the Gemini’s integration to Itiviti NYFIX network would allow Gemini’s crypto holder to trade with traditional institutional firms who are using the Itiviti’s NYFIX network, Itiviti’s world-class FIX-based order routing network.
According to the company, NYFIX is a broker independent, vendor agnostic FIX order routing network that connects buy-side, sell-side and trading venues across all asset classes. Currently, the network consists of number of companies from all over the world connected together.
According to the details, through the partnership, Gemini will join over 60 worldwide Itiviti partners who utilize the NYFIX platform to offer integrated trading solutions and ensure that all the asset manager in the network to leverage Gemini’s digital asset exchange and settlement ecosystem. The NYFIX clients will now get same services on cryptocurrencies as well.
The partnership also brings Gemini’s expertise as a provider of crypto trading services with digital asset security to the network where users can trade their crypto assets directly form custody without waiting for the assets to be transferred out of cold storage.

Gemini or Gemini Trust Company, founded in 2014, offers custody service to its user through an dedicated branch called Gemini Custody. The qualified custodian supports 18 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ether (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Zcash, as well as 13 ERC-20 tokens. Beside custody, the company also allows to buy, sell, and trade of cryptocurrencies.
Most recently, as reported, Gemini also partnered with TA trading tool provider TradingView to ensure smooth service delivery for its users.
