According to its operational update, the Bitcoin miner recorded average daily production of 17.64 BTC, with a peak single-day output of 18.99 BTC. During the first nine months of 2026, the company produced a total of 5,432 BTC.
The figures cover the period ended September 30 and have not yet been audited.
CleanSpark Secures Funding for Sandersville Through 2031
The company confirmed that its subsidiary, CSDC Finance I, LLC, completed the issuance of $2.276 billion in senior secured notes, carrying a 7.875% interest rate and maturing in 2031.
The proceeds will fully fund the development of the Sandersville data center, whose lease agreement is expected to generate approximately $6.6 billion in revenue over its initial term.
CleanSpark emphasized that the transaction does not require issuing new shares, avoiding dilution for existing shareholders.
Chairman and CEO Matt Schultz described the financing as a milestone for the company and a demonstration of institutional confidence in its projects.
Bitcoin Miner to Discontinue Monthly Operational Reports
CleanSpark also announced that it will discontinue its monthly operational updates and adopt a quarterly reporting schedule.
The decision will change how frequently investors receive information about Bitcoin production and other mining performance metrics.
The company currently combines Bitcoin mining with the development of data center infrastructure, where it aims to generate revenue through long-term lease agreements.
The Sandersville project now has the financing needed for development, while upcoming quarterly reports will provide updates on mining production and progress at its facilities.
