Bitmine Immersion Technologies officially launched MAVAN (Made in America VAlidator Network), its proprietary institutional-grade Ethereum staking platform. The company announced that the new infrastructure will combine U.S.-based servers for institutions requiring domestic validation with a globally distributed architecture to serve clients worldwide.
With 3,142,643 ETH in staking, valued at approximately $6.8 billion, at around $2,148 per unit, Bitmine positions itself as the largest Ethereum holder in the world. Once MAVAN completes the staking process for the remaining assets in the coming weeks, the platform will generate annual rewards of close to $300 million, estimated at a 2.83% seven-day yield.
Tom Lee, chairman of the company, stated that MAVAN represents a critical milestone in the vision of building one of the leading staking and on-chain infrastructure platforms globally. The company plans to expand the service to other proof-of-stake networks and to incorporate developments in areas such as on-chain vaults and post-quantum clients throughout 2026. Its institutional investors include ARK Investment Management, Pantera Capital, Galaxy Digital, Kraken, Digital Currency Group, and Founders Fund.
