RedotPay is considering a confidential filing for a U.S. initial public offering before the end of 2026, according to Bloomberg, which cited people familiar with the matter. The Hong Kong-based payments company is also discussing a pre-IPO funding round with investors. Those talks could value RedotPay at between $4 billion and $5 billion, extending its push to scale a business centered on crypto payments and stablecoins.
JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and Barclays are reportedly working on the proposed transaction. RedotPay offers physical and virtual payment cards, multicurrency wallets and transfer services that allow users to spend digital assets, including stablecoins. The confidential filing has not yet been completed, and neither the valuation nor the IPO timetable is final, leaving both subject to change as preparations continue.
The company has been evaluating a U.S. listing throughout 2026 while addressing regulatory and legal matters tied to its expansion. A confidential submission would allow the Securities and Exchange Commission to review draft offering documents before any public registration statement. The next milestone is whether RedotPay submits that filing by year-end, which would move the prospective IPO into a more formal regulatory stage without guaranteeing a listing.
