TL;DR
- U.S. XRP ETFs returned to weekly inflows with about $4.26 million, reversing the previous week’s $1.84 million withdrawal while cumulative inflows stayed near $1.8 billion.
- Solana ETFs recorded $17.30 million in weekly outflows, extending their negative streak to three weeks after 14 consecutive positive weeks ended earlier in October.
- The divergence favors XRP recently, but three flat XRP sessions and concentrated Thursday demand do not confirm an institutional rotation.
U.S. spot XRP ETFs returned to weekly net inflows while Solana funds extended their outflow streak, widening the divergence between the categories. SoSoValue data for XRP ETFs and Solana ETFs showed approximately $4.26 million entering XRP products during the week, against $17.30 million leaving SOL funds. The latest flows favor XRP, but the scale remains modest and does not establish a broad institutional rotation. The contrast adds context to the Ripple and XRP ecosystem.
XRP Funds Return to Positive Weekly Flows
XRP funds recorded no reportable flows on Monday or Tuesday before attracting about $708,000 on Wednesday and $3.55 million on Thursday. Friday was flat again, leaving the weekly total near $4.26 million. The week reverses the previous $1.84 million withdrawal, but most of the new capital arrived in a single session. That earlier reversal had ended a 13-week XRP ETF inflow streak, making the latest result a recovery rather than a new sustained trend.

Cumulative XRP ETF net inflows remained around $1.8 billion, keeping the category near record levels despite weaker recent momentum. Thursday delivered the strongest daily inflow since October 8, while the three flat sessions showed demand was not continuous. Weekly inflows therefore improved without returning to the stronger pace seen earlier in the quarter. XRP funds had previously maintained positive flows even as the token weakened, a pattern reflected in earlier institutional demand for XRP ETFs.
Solana products moved in the opposite direction. They lost $6.72 million Monday and $2.65 million Tuesday, received $585,300 Wednesday, then recorded $8.51 million in Thursday outflows before finishing Friday with no reportable flow. The $17.30 million weekly withdrawal extended Solana ETFs to a third consecutive negative week after their earlier 14-week inflow streak ended. The reversal contrasts sharply with August, when Solana ETFs had extended a nine-day inflow streak.
The three negative Solana weeks totaled roughly $67.63 million in withdrawals, following weekly losses of $24.81 million and $25.52 million before the latest $17.30 million decline. Cumulative net inflows fell from about $1.61 billion on October 2 to approximately $1.54 billion by the latest snapshot. The divergence shows stronger recent fund flows for XRP than Solana, but it does not prove investors are permanently reallocating from one asset to the other. ETF creations and redemptions measure fund demand, not investor motives or guaranteed future price performance.
