Shibarium received an important technical update: veteran Shiba Inu community member known as Mazrael announced the deployment of Safe v1.4.1 on the network, with nine contracts now active and verified on the Shibariumscan explorer. Mazrael also confirmed the opening of pull request ‘safe-deployments PR#1666’ for the official deployment record, which Safe reviews in two-week cycles with monthly releases.

Safe is a widely used infrastructure for smart accounts and multisignature wallets. Its integration allows projects built on the network to manage assets and execute transactions with multiple signers using tools already established across the ecosystem.

According to a GitHub document, all contracts were deployed on mainnet at their canonical addresses via the Safe Singleton Factory. The update adds version 1.4.1 at canonical addresses, meaning that Safes created on Shibarium share their address with their counterparts on other networks, a capability that the pre-existing version 1.3.0 could not offer.
