The technical agreement enables the Calabasas, California-based firm to integrate the digital wallet Keeta Wallet directly into its booking engine and on-demand charter services.
The company stated that this architecture seeks to mitigate the routine operational delays seen in the traditional banking system when settling large sums across different jurisdictions. Corporate documentation notes that Keeta’s infrastructure serves as an alternative for instant cross-border transfers tailored to corporate and individual users.
Kolin Jones, CEO and founder of Amalfi Jets, affirmed in the announcement that the integration aims to provide greater operational flexibility to international passengers. According to the executive’s statements, adopting digital wallets accelerates confirmation times for flight itineraries that require immediate aircraft availability.

Blockchain Infrastructure Applied to the Charter Flight Sector
The Keeta network operates as a Layer 1 blockchain designed for high-throughput transaction execution. Under this integration, Keeta Wallet acts as a direct settlement channel for Amalfi Jets’ commercial products, including its jet card program and private charter flight agreements.
The technological deployment addresses a growing demand for decentralized payment mechanisms within the executive travel segment. According to fintech analysts, private aviation operators frequently face preventive holds or multi-day business delays when processing international wire transfers during weekends or bank holidays. Incorporating blockchain networks can reduce those settlement windows to seconds.
Amalfi Jets currently manages aircraft sourcing and logistics operations via proprietary digital platforms with round-the-clock coverage. The company was founded by Kolin Jones and financier Calvin Yoon, centering its business model on tech-enabled brokerage for global commercial fleets.
According to data provided in the launch report, the company will not require additional banking intermediaries to clear operations executed through Keeta Wallet. This technical framework keeps custody and fund flows within the native cryptographic protocols of the Layer 1 network.
The technical rollout of Keeta Wallet across the Amalfi Jets user interface will begin deploying progressively during the current operational quarter of 2026 for all global clients.
