Bitget launched Stock+, a new feature within its Stocks 2.0 suite that allows users to buy full or fractional U.S. shares using digital assets automatically converted to USDC, Circle’s stablecoin. Orders are executed through licensed U.S. brokers RQD Clearing and Atomic Vaults Securities, with routing toward Nasdaq, NYSE and regulated market makers.

Stock+ holders receive effective ownership of the underlying shares and are entitled to cash dividends and split adjustments, although the exercise of rights such as voting and dividend collection must be carried out exclusively within the platform. Bitget also supports incoming transfers of stock portfolios from other brokers, although outgoing transfers are not available at this time.

The launch excludes residents of the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the European Union, Singapore, Hong Kong and several other markets. Services related to U.S. equities are provided by Parsa Financial Services Pty Limited, a Bitget group entity licensed in South Africa. The platform currently offers more than 500 U.S. stocks and ETFs, and assets under management linked to its rToken products have already surpassed $50 million.
