Bit Digital released its January 2026 report on its Ethereum treasury, staking activity, and strategic equity holdings. As of month-end, the company reported total holdings of approximately 155,239.4 ETH, including assets held directly and ETH-equivalents managed externally.
With a closing ETH price near $2,449, the market value of that position reached roughly $380.2 million. The average acquisition price across the entire ETH position stood at around $3,045. Within the total, approximately 15,236.4 ETH and ETH-equivalents remain in an externally managed fund, while the remainder is integrated into the companyās operational and staking infrastructure.
Staking represents a central part of the companyās strategy. As of January 31, Bit Digital had about 138,266 ETH staked, equivalent to roughly 89% of its total holdings. During the month, staking rewards totaled around 344.0 ETH, implying an annualized yield of approximately 2.9%.
In addition, the company reported a total of 324,202,059 shares outstanding. It also confirmed a majority stake in WhiteFiber, holding approximately 27.0 million shares valued at about $527.6 million. Bit Digital reaffirmed that it will not sell those shares during 2026
