After Bitcoin fell to around the $80,000 level at one point in the past week, both the Solana price and the price of Dogecoin declined as well. Some market commentators, including Curb and Clifton FX, have continued to discuss SOL and DOGE as assets to watch, though any forecasts should be treated as speculative.

Even as the broader market weakened, other projects have also attracted attention online. One example is Digitap ($TAP), which the project describes as being in an early-stage token sale and focused on an online-banking product. The project has stated that it has raised more than $2 million, but these figures and any future performance expectations are not independently verified.

Solana: Chart Pattern Cited, While Technical Indicators Look Mixed

Solana is among the larger cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, but it has been volatile recently. The Solana price fell from around $195 to nearly $135 on the 30-day timeframe, according to CoinMarketCap, which implies a drop of roughly 30% over that period.

Commentator Curb has suggested more growth could follow if a symmetrical triangle pattern resolves upward. In an X post, he referenced a potential move that could take SOL as high as $500, although technical patterns do not guarantee outcomes.

TradingView data also shows potential headwinds for this Solana price prediction. For example, its bull/bear power and momentum readings were shown in a sell zone at the time referenced, which can indicate weakening momentum and the possibility of further downside.

Dogecoin: Wedge Pattern Discussed, With Technicals Also Flagging Risk

Dogecoin is a widely traded meme-themed cryptocurrency and has also been moving lower on recent charts. On the one-week chart, the price of Dogecoin dipped from around $0.15 to $0.14, according to CoinMarketCap. The move came as Grayscale posted about a Dogecoin-related product (GDOG).

Clifton FX has also discussed a Dogecoin price prediction based on a falling wedge formation. In a post on X, he noted that an upside breakout could, in his view, imply a move toward around $0.28. As with any technical scenario, the outcome is uncertain and depends on broader market conditions.

At the same time, TradingView also displayed bearish signals for DOGE at the time referenced. For instance, its momentum indicator was shown falling while the price was below its 10-day EMA (around $0.15), which can be consistent with continued downside risk.

Digitap: Project Describes a Banking-Focused Product and Token Sale

Digitap has also been highlighted in social posts and sponsored-style commentary. According to the project, its token sale has progressed through multiple phases and it has reported fundraising and token distribution figures. These claims have not been independently verified, and they do not indicate future performance.

In its own materials, Digitap describes an application intended to combine management of cryptoassets and fiat currencies in a single interface, including features such as converting or spending supported assets. As with any early-stage product, delivery and adoption are uncertain.

The project has also described potential token-related utilities (such as fee reductions or staking-style rewards) and has been the subject of unverified online rumors about possible exchange listings. Such claims should be treated cautiously unless confirmed by the relevant parties.

Digitap and the Online Banking Market: Context and Uncertainty

Some commentary has linked Digitap’s thesis to the broader growth of online banking. For example, Straits Research has published market-size estimates for the sector. However, projections about market size do not necessarily translate into adoption or revenue for any specific product.

The project has also referenced time-limited marketing campaigns and incentives in its promotional materials. Such incentives are marketing tools and should not be interpreted as indicators of investment merit or future token performance.
