The objective is to admit and trade Ondo’s tokenized stocks and ETFs as exchange-traded products (ETPs) on BX Digital’s regulated exchange in Switzerland. Lidia Kurt, CEO of BX Digital, emphasized that the goal is to provide a “trusted and regulated environment,” while Ian De Bode, Chief Strategy Officer of Ondo, called it a “significant milestone” for bridging traditional finance and blockchain.
This collaboration responds to the growing institutional demand for regulated tokenized products in Europe. By integrating Ondo’s assets, BX Digital will broaden investor access to over 100 tokenized stocks and ETFs, enabling real-time settlement and global transferability. Ondo’s products are fully backed by the underlying assets, held in custody by licensed U.S. broker-dealers, offering transparency and regulatory compliance.
This agreement comes just before the launch of BX Digital’s new trading and settlement platform. Market observers will be watching how this regulated infrastructure drives the adoption of RWAs (Real-World Assets), closing the gap between TradFi and blockchain technology. This alliance serves as a key model for how regulated digital markets can modernize and expand access to global capital markets.
