Ripple and Privy team up to integrate XRP Ledger support into Privy’s developer platform. This collaboration will allow developers and fintech companies to embed native wallets into their applications without having to build proprietary infrastructure, streamlining wallet creation, transaction signing, and the direct management of assets such as XRP and the RLUSD stablecoin.

The agreement marks a significant leap forward for the Web3 ecosystem by removing the friction of managing seed phrases and external private keys, while opening the door to agentic commerce. Autonomous artificial intelligence agents will be able to leverage these embedded wallets on XRPL to hold capital and settle micropayments via the x402 protocol, accelerating the convergence of decentralized finance, institutional payment rails, and AI.

Looking ahead, Privy plans to expand this integration by adding advanced policy controls and gas/network fee sponsorship, optimizing the large-scale deployment of commercial products.
