The Empire State Building’s ambassador program features four membership levels, each with a specific set of benefits. At the bronze ambassador level, participants receive inclusions in the ambassador newsletter and a free ticket to the 86th floor Observatory, along with the opportunity to enter a raffle to attend exclusive building events.

As members advance through the program and reach the silver ambassador level, they are granted additional benefits, such as an additional ticket to the 86th floor Observatory and another opportunity for the special events raffle. At the gold ambassador level, the benefits increase even further with two tickets to the 86th and 102nd floor Observatories, plus two tickets for an exclusive Saturday morning sunrise experience.

The highest level of the program, platinum ambassador, offers participants a wide range of premium benefits, including four tickets to the 86th and 102nd floor Observatories, four tickets for the sunrise experience, and one ticket for the coveted annual Empire State Building Run-Up event.
In addition to these benefits, each new member of the ambassador program receives a personalized NFT upon registration. As participants advance through the different levels of the program, they also receive additional NFTs, which have been developed in collaboration with Uptop and feature the iconic image of the “World’s Most Famous Building” in different metallic tones, serving as digital souvenirs and keys to unlock personalized rewards.
