Solana returned to the top of decentralized exchange trading by 24-hour volume on September 14, with DeFiLlama showing $1.637 billion in activity. Robinhood Chain followed with $1.379 billion, while Ethereum and BSC recorded $721.6 million and $659.41 million, respectively, putting Solana back in first place as DEX activity across leading chains cooled sharply.
The four networks generated about $4.40 billion in combined 24-hour DEX volume. Their seven-day totals reached $48.746 billion, implying an average daily pace of roughly $6.96 billion, so the latest combined volume was about 37% below that weekly pace. Solana nevertheless maintained the strongest seven-day total among the group at $17.322 billion.
The key question is whether Solana can preserve its lead while overall decentralized trading remains below the recent weekly average. Sustained volume leadership would strengthen Solana’s position in on-chain trading, while another shift in daily rankings could underscore how quickly liquidity is moving among Solana, Robinhood Chain, Ethereum and BSC.
