The real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform, Securitize, introduced this Tuesday the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund (HINC). This initiative marks the debut of Neuberger Berman—a global firm with $230 billion in fixed-income assets under management—as a sub-advisor to an onchain fund, which will be available simultaneously on Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui.
The fund will invest primarily in high-yield bonds to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns to institutional and accredited investors. The alliance accelerates the integration between traditional finance (TradFi) and crypto infrastructure, leveraging Securitize’s status as an SEC-registered investment advisor to expand operational efficiency, liquidity, and transparency across multiple decentralized networks.
This move consolidates the expansion of tokenized assets within regulated markets. After completing the corresponding KYC/AML validation processes, qualified investors will be able to subscribe to the HINC fund, setting a new standard for the adoption of private debt and institutional fixed income on the blockchain.
