SANDchain said in a Substack post that it has completed Phase 1 of its testnet, presenting the result as evidence that an on-chain creator economy can work in practice. The testnet launched in October 2025.

In under 120 days of live operations, the network processed more than 6.9 million transactions, created more than 310,000 accounts, recorded 948,000-plus completed quests, and logged more than 203,000 on-chain Manifesto signers. SANDchain said those results validated identity, loyalty, builder participation, partner campaigns, and community engagement loops across 35-plus ecosystem partners and 2,600-plus registered builder projects.

Over the coming days, SANDchain said the network will transition out of active testnet operations while the app stays live for viewing SANDpoints, .sand domains carry forward, and users’ points, identity, and on-chain history remain preserved. The company said its next phase will focus on building the long-term network economy, including exploration of AI agents in creator ecosystems with Animoca Minds.
