The Robinhood Crypto division confirmed that eligible holders can deposit these equity-backed assets to request stablecoin loans.

In its official statement, the company indicated that this technical architecture combines its network’s settlement infrastructure with the credit layer provided by Morpho.

Operational Mechanics and Risk Parameters in Morpho

The markets enabled on the lending platform include collateral pairs such as NVDA/USDG, GOOGL/USDG, and AAPL/USDG. Morpho’s technical documentation stipulates a liquidation loan-to-value (LTV) limit set at 62.5% for these equity assets.

Other markets within the protocol operate under different parameters, such as the USDe/USDG and syrupUSDG/USDG vaults, which maintain a liquidation threshold set at 91.5%.

Official documentation indicates that a position enters liquidation when the debt balance exceeds the permitted collateralization threshold. This imbalance can arise from a decline in the collateral’s price or the continuous accrual of interest.

In such cases, external liquidators assume the outstanding debt in exchange for the underlying collateral plus a pre-programmed economic incentive.

The Robinhood Chain mainnet launched public operations on July 1 using Layer 2 technology provided by Arbitrum. Since its launch, the platform contemplated the issuance of transferable equity-linked tokens and the creation of liquidity pools.

Developer documentation details that Stock Tokens constitute debt instruments formally issued by the entity Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. These assets offer direct economic exposure to stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), without conferring corporate rights or direct voting power in the issuing company.

The token minting and burning process managed by market makers operates on a schedule running from Monday at 02:00 to Saturday at 02:00 CET/CEST. However, users can continue executing direct on-chain swaps outside of that specific time window.

Reference prices rely on oracles provided by Chainlink, which update quotations under a 24/5 operating schedule. Robinhood’s technical specifications point out that these oracles incorporate a multiplier to adjust for corporate actions such as dividends or stock splits.

During the application of corporate adjustments, the oracle issues a technical pause signal that developers must audit before processing liquidation orders.

Regarding the Earn yield program, risk management is handled by Steakhouse Financial, the firm tasked with establishing allocation caps and collateral limits.

The regulatory framework published by Robinhood clarifies that these assets are not registered under United States securities laws. The company maintains geographic restrictions that expressly exclude investors located in U.S. territory, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Arkham incorporated analytical tracking for Robinhood Chain on October 19, 2026, identifying over 35 million transactional address tags within the network.
