TL;DR

  • OverProtocol will launch an airdrop based on honesty, diligence, and scoring criteria.
  • OverWallet users must pass Sybil detection to be eligible.
  • Nethers NFT holders will receive 764.64 OVERs per NFT without the need for Sybil detection.

OverProtocol has announced an airdrop through its Over Community Access Program (OCAP), which is designed to reward users who have contributed to the OVER ecosystem.

The distribution of tokens will be based on three main criteria: Honesty, Diligence and Score.

This initiative seeks to build a strong community and facilitate the use of its services, rewarding those who have demonstrated a genuine commitment to the project.

For OverWallet users, eligibility for the airdrop is conditional on passing Sybil detection.

The amount of tokens you will receive will depend on your OverWallet points, friend cards, and activities performed on the testnet.

It is important to note that only accounts that meet strict standards will be considered for the airdrop.

If an account fails Sybil detection, it will not be allocated the airdrop, so it is recommended to participate in this process to ensure eligibility.

As for OverNode participants, they will be able to receive the airdrop without having to pass Sybil detection, as long as they meet the activity requirements established for seasons 1 and 2 of the open beta test.

This flexibility is designed to facilitate continued participation in the testing phases of the protocol.

Nethers NFT holders will receive 764.64 OVERs for each NFT without requiring Sybil detection.

This benefit underlines the value OverProtocol places on holders of its NFT collection and seeks to incentivize continued support of its ecosystem.

Additionally, Cryptopedia mission participants on OKX will receive airdrops directly to their OKX wallet addresses, and users who complete the HashKey Sybil Detection mission will also be rewarded.

The Sybil detection mission begins on August 19 and is designed to filter out abusive accounts and ensure that only genuine contributors receive rewards.

Similar missions have been successful in identifying and blocking fraudulent accounts

For those unable to complete the Sybil detection mission due to geographical or economic barriers, OverProtocol will set internal standards to ensure that these contributors also receive the airdrop based on their activities on the testnet.

All users are encouraged to participate in the HashKey mission to maximize their chances of receiving rewards.

Those who are unable to complete Sybil detection will need to submit their OverWallet email addresses via a Google form to avoid missing out on the chance to participate in the airdrop.

OverProtocol is taking significant steps to ensure a fair and effective distribution of tokens, rewarding users who demonstrate genuine commitment to the ecosystem.

This strategy not only encourages active participation, but also protects the integrity of the program against abuse and fraudulent behavior.
