KalshiEX LLC notified the CFTC on September 28 that it is terminating its Volume Incentive Program, with the change taking effect no earlier than October 13, 2026. The filing replaces the program’s previous October 1, 2027 end date, meaning volume-based trader rewards are being wound down far earlier than originally scheduled.

The program applied across Kalshi markets and awarded eligible participants a share of fixed per-market rewards based on their qualifying trading volume. Its stated purpose was to increase order-book volume, liquidity and pricing efficiency, while market makers, Kalshi affiliates, introducing brokers, futures commission merchants and certain customers were excluded from eligibility.

Kalshi said it will maintain records of all trades and payments through the effective termination date and post the updated terms publicly. The filing does not announce a replacement incentive program, making October 13 the key date for participants currently earning volume rewards under eligible market terms.
