Galxe said July 22 that Gravity Alpha Mainnet has completed its role as the first production phase for bringing the Galxe ecosystem onchain. By processing live traffic and exposing execution bottlenecks, Alpha became the testing ground that shaped Gravity L1, including its parallel EVM, sub-second finality and validator-attested Native Oracle.
Gravity L1 Mainnet is now fully operational, allowing Galxe to consolidate developers, liquidity and tooling onto one network. Galxe says the new Layer 1 supports more than 12,000 transactions per second through Grevm and AptosBFT consensus, while a unified execution environment replaces the inefficiency of maintaining two separate chains.
Gravity Alpha operations will permanently stop November 1, 2026, and assets left there afterward cannot be transferred. Users must bridge tokens off Alpha and withdraw all staked $G before the deadline, while developers need to update network configurations, making asset migration the immediate operational priority as Gravity L1 takes over.
