Emurgo Education, Emurgo’s blockchain education unit, has introduced a new blockchain fundamental online learning course “Foundations of Blockchain” for those interested in learning and understanding about the details of blockchain technology.
Emurgo announced the news in blog post published on its website on Wednesday, April 29. According to the announcement, this 34 hours online course consists of 17 2-hours long session that will be on Saturdays and Sundays.
There will be three batches with first has already been started on April 25, 2020. The second batch will start form May 16th, and third form 31st of May, 2020. The language of the course is English and cost to undertake a course is USD 120.
Emurgo, the official commercial and venture arm of the Cardano Blockchain project, about the course, said:
“This course is designed by EMURGO’s blockchain professionals to help students achieve basic blockchain proficiency and is applicable to all backgrounds including developers and career professionals with tech and non-tech backgrounds. It is a versatile course that will equip students with the blockchain skills necessary to apply them to their careers and businesses.”
The aim of Foundations of Blockchain program is to give interested students an introduction to blockchain technology from a design and development perspective and equip them with essential know-how of blockchain technology and its implementation. The objective of this online course also intends to build awareness of blockchain technology use cases with live examples, assignments, and hands-on experiences.
