Bitwise filed an updated S-1 amendment for its spot Chainlink ETF with the SEC, according to the official document published today. The asset manager detailed a 0.34% management fee that will be completely waived for the first month or until reaching $500 million in assets.
The fund, which will trade on NYSE Arca under the ticker “CLNK”, comes at a time of selling pressure for LINK, whose price fell 5% and failed to hold key support levels. The move follows a similar filing by Grayscale last week.
The prior DTCC listing suggests progress in the approval process. Bitwise indicated it would eventually allow LINK staking, though it did not provide specific details about this program.
