BitMine Immersion Technologies increased its Ethereum holdings to 6,051,933 ETH after purchasing 10,452 ETH during the past week. In an official update dated October 26, the company said its combined crypto assets, cash, marketable securities and strategic investments totaled $15 billion as of October 25. The latest purchase pushed BitMine’s ETH position to 4.95% of Ethereum’s 122.2 million circulating supply, extending a treasury strategy built around Ethereum accumulation and Ethereum’s proof-of-stake framework.
BitMine Puts 86% of ETH Treasury Into Staking
At the company’s reference price of $2,356 per ETH, the Ethereum position was valued at roughly $14.3 billion. BitMine also reported 215 BTC, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, a $76 million stake in Eightco Holdings, and $514 million in cash and marketable securities. The balance sheet remains overwhelmingly concentrated in ETH even as BitMine retains liquid assets and strategic equity positions, following earlier treasury expansion above 6 million tokens.

BitMine has also deployed 5,227,037 ETH into staking, valued by the company at $12.3 billion using the same reference price. That represents about 86% of its Ethereum holdings. Staking has turned most of the company’s ETH reserve into a yield-producing position rather than a fully passive treasury asset. BitMine estimated annualized staking revenue at $318 million at current deployment levels, while projecting $368 million if its ETH holdings were fully staked through MAVAN and its staking partners.
The latest update follows another increase in BitMine’s staked position and keeps the company close to its stated “Alchemy of 5%” objective. Management said the current 6.05 million ETH position represents 99% of that target. BitMine is now approaching its 5% accumulation goal while simultaneously increasing the share of its treasury committed to staking. The strategy places accumulation and staking income at the center of the company’s Ethereum exposure as broader network staking activity remains elevated.
BitMine also repurchased 2.04 million common shares during the past week at an average price of $22.48. Its 2026 buybacks reached 22.9 million shares for an aggregate $399.6 million, at an average price of $17.48. Chairman Tom Lee said crypto pullbacks have been comparatively shallow and reiterated his view that a bull market is underway. The company is pairing continued ETH accumulation with share repurchases as management seeks to optimize shareholder value while maintaining its long-term crypto strategy.
