ARK Invest added roughly $17 million in Coinbase and Circle shares across two trading sessions while reducing its exposure to Bullish. The purchases totaled 64,208 Coinbase shares and 110,551 Circle shares across ARKK, ARKW and ARKF, while the funds sold 342,545 Bullish shares. The move reflects a portfolio reallocation across major crypto-linked equities rather than a simple $17 million Coinbase purchase.

Based on closing prices, ARK’s Coinbase purchases were worth about $9 million and its Circle purchases about $8 million, while the Bullish sales were valued near $8 million. ARK also added a smaller position in Robinhood. The transactions show the active manager increasing exposure to companies tied to crypto exchange and stablecoin infrastructure while trimming another exchange operator.

The key metric to watch is whether ARK continues the rotation in subsequent daily disclosures. ARK’s actively managed ETFs can adjust holdings frequently, so a single set of trades does not establish a permanent change in conviction or allocation strategy. Future holdings updates will show whether Coinbase and Circle weights continue rising while Bullish exposure declines further.
