StarfleetIndia‘s demo day will hold on May 8th by AE Ventures and IBC Media. The event is the culmination of the æternity Starfleet Acceleration Program. The virtual conference covers seven startups pitch, keynote speeches, panel discussion, and Q&A sessions with speakers.

Another Virtual Conference Amid COVID-19 Pandemic
Lots of tech-related conferences have been held online and virtually in the past months. Los of the other one canceled or postponed this year’s event. æternity community has been one of those that held lots of virtual events amid the COVID-19 pandemic. They try to keep their growing community alive and spread the word about the projects and features as more as possible. The upcoming event focused on startup pitches, and the acceleration program of two blockchain venture capitalists also is about the opportunities that were born during the recent crisis.

AE Ventures has had three acceleration programs before named Starfleet. They decided to hold the Starfleet 4 in India. More than 170 startups signed up for the early stage phase of the program. Thirteen teams were chosen among them for a one-week boot camp called Genesis Week. The final mentoring step accepted seven startups for four weeks.
The Demo Day will hold on May 8th, and the final accepted Startups will pitch for investment. Venture capitalists, investors, a jury of experts, and regular users will be on the pitch and see the projects’ demo of those seven teams.
Nikola Stojanow, CEO of AE Ventures and Raghu Mohan, CEO of IBC Media, will give a speech on the live event. Then the finalist startups will pitch the projects. Panel discussions will hold before the final announcement of the winners. One is about the obstacles and challenges of founding and growing a startup named “STARTUP WAY FROM ADVERSITY TO SUCCESS.” The following discussion is about the current economic crisis around the world called “CRISIS 2008 VS CRISIS 2020. SEEKING THE OPPORTUNITY”.
