Arkham announced the launch of its new Enterprise platform, expanding its blockchain analytics offering with tools designed for professional workflows. The company said the new service brings together asset tracing, risk scoring, case management, and trading research capabilities backed by a label database containing 3.9 billion attributions covering $1.8 quadrillion in on-chain volume. Millions of people already use Arkham to monitor blockchain activity, ranging from traders and compliance teams to law enforcement professionals.
Enterprise Platform Targets Advanced Users
The new Enterprise offering was developed in response to growing demand from professional users seeking more advanced investigative and analytical tools. Arkham Enterprise combines blockchain data with specialized workflow features intended to support complex research and investigative tasks. According to Arkham, one of the most significant improvements arriving with the launch is real-time data updates.
Previously, a large portion of platform data and labels refreshed once per day. The upgraded infrastructure now updates transactions, labels, and address balances in real time, allowing users to see new information without refreshing pages. The company also reported major performance improvements across its services. Alert latency has been reduced by approximately 80% on most supported chains, alongside infrastructure changes intended to improve stability and reduce overall platform latency.

New Investigation and Risk Analysis Tools
Arkham has also rebuilt several of its investigative features. Tracer 2.0 allows users to begin with a single address, map counterparties, and follow fund movements across supported blockchain networks through newly added bridge-tracking functionality. At the same time, Visualizer 2.0 introduces an updated interface that displays incoming and outgoing transactions as interactive graphs in real time.
The upgrade adds transaction details, volume overviews, and keyboard shortcuts designed to streamline investigations. Another major addition is risk scoring directly integrated into Arkham. The feature provides quantitative indicators related to sanctions exposure, mixer exposure, source of funds, and transaction proximity to flagged sources. Enterprise users also gain access to case management tools that help organize findings and maintain structured investigation records.
Changes for Free Users and Grant Program
Several features within Arkham will become exclusive to Enterprise subscribers, including Tracer 2.0, transaction filtering, full transaction histories, creation of new custom labels, and the counterparties section on explorer pages. However, Arkham will continue offering access to all platform labels, predicted labels, Visualizer 2.0, Prediction Markets, Block Explorer functionality, tags, and previously created custom entities.
Arkham is also launching an Enterprise Grants program that will provide selected investigators, researchers, and public-interest organizations with free access to Enterprise tools, supporting initiatives focused on transparency and accountability across the crypto sector.
