2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The contests held by Crypto Economy have no territorial restriction, so residents can participate anywhere in the world.
3. START AND END DATES
The start and end dates of the competitions will be indicated in the specific rules of the contest.
4. PARTICIPATION
Conditions that must be met in order to participate.
- Over 18 years of age
- Only one entry per contestant (if in any contest more entries are allowed, this will be specified in the rules of the contest).
- Any disrespect towards another contestant will be grounds for removal.
- If contests require any type of participation of any kind they must be original, if copies are detected they will be automatically removed from the contest.
- Crypto Economy reserves the right to disqualify participants who:
- a) Do not comply with the specific requirements of the contest publication (e.g., having a minimum number of followers or minimum account age).
- b) Are identified as bot accounts, spam, or profiles whose main activity is solely contest participation (‘contest accounts’) at the discretion of the organizing team.
- c) Exhibit suspicious activity that violates the terms of use of the social network X (Twitter).
5. WINNERS AND PRIZES
The winners will be chosen by the Crypto Economy team or by the chosen application and will be published in Crypto Economy’s social networks.
The prizes will be sent to the wallet address provided by the winner. The winner is solely responsible for providing a correct and compatible wallet address. Crypto Economy is not responsible for the loss of the prize due to errors in the provided address, the use of an incorrect network, or incompatible wallets.

The selection process will include a filtering and verification phase of the mandatory requirements (including those mentioned in Point 4) through the chosen giveaway tool.

7. EXONERATION OF LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZER IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE PARTICIPANTS.
Crypto Economy disclaims any responsibility in the event that any of the participants misuses their participation or fails to comply with the legal rules of the contests.
8. INTELLECTUAL AND/OR IMAGE PROPERTY RIGHTS
By participating in Crypto Economy contests, you agree to have your name or photo published as a winner or participant in our social networks. Furthermore, the participant agrees to transfer the intellectual property rights of their entries (including texts, comments, and suggestions) to Crypto Economy for its use, reproduction, and publication in any medium, considering it proprietary material for future publications, without the right to additional compensation.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal rules are governed by the laws of Andorra. For any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Rules, both Crypto Economy and the participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Andorra, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
