Southeast Asia-focused cryptocurrency exchange, Zipmex<\/strong>, in markets like Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Australia is the latest company to fall victim to the crypto contagion. The crypto exchange has just announced to pause withdrawals until further notice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the turmoil in the industry continues, some of the biggest crypto firms are cutting jobs, filing for bankruptcy and suspending twithdrawals and transfers. Market leaders including, Celsius Network<\/a>, Voyager Digital<\/a>, and Vauld<\/a>, among a string of other companies have succumbed to cryptocurrencies tailspinning into chaos.<\/strong> Singapore-headquartered crypto exchange, Zipmex, became the latest casuality of the bear market to pause withdrawals.<\/p>\n

Due to a combination of circumstances beyond our control including volatile market conditions, and the resulting financial difficulties of our key business partners, to maintain the integrity of our platform, we would be pausing withdrawals until further notice.<\/p>\n
